Spaces Kolar is a property listing platform intended to help users discover, list, sell, purchase, rent, or enquire about properties. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed when you use the Spaces Kolar website, mobile applications, or related services.
We may collect information including your name, mobile number, authentication information, property listing details, property location, price, description, owner contact details, account role, account status, property identifiers, enquiry information, and information you voluntarily submit through the Platform.
Spaces Kolar uses mobile-number-based OTP authentication. Your phone number may be processed by authentication service providers, including Firebase Authentication and related Google services, for the purpose of verifying your identity and maintaining account security.
When you submit a property, information such as the property title, location, price, property type, sale or rental status, description, and permanent Spaces Kolar property identifier may be stored and displayed through the Platform.
Owner contact information may include the owner name, phone number, and WhatsApp number. Spaces Kolar may require users to authenticate before accessing certain owner-contact functions. Users must use contact information only for legitimate property-related enquiries.
We may use collected information to operate the Platform, authenticate users, create and manage property listings, communicate with users, prevent fraud or misuse, moderate listings, manage employees and administrators, provide customer support, improve the Platform, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights and safety of users and Spaces Kolar.
Certain property listing information may be publicly visible, including property title, location, price, property type, description, listing status, and the Spaces Kolar property identification number. Users should not submit information they do not want displayed publicly.
Spaces Kolar may use third-party service providers such as Google Firebase for authentication, database services, hosting, storage, analytics, security, or related technical functions. Such providers may process information according to their own applicable policies and agreements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information, including authentication, access controls, database security rules, role-based permissions, and restricted administrative access. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain property records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain audit history, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
You can permanently delete your account through the Profile page in the app or through our account deletion page. Deletion removes your profile, saved items, alerts, support requests, owned listings, and uploaded listing media. We may retain or anonymize a limited record where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security auditing.
Properties listed on Spaces Kolar may receive a permanent identification number. Updating property information does not normally change this identification number. Deleted or historical property numbers may not be reassigned to another property.
Spaces Kolar may suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of the Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that you have the lawful authority to provide property details, owner information, photographs, videos, or other content submitted to the Platform.
Spaces Kolar is not intended for use by persons who are legally incapable of entering into binding property-related arrangements without the involvement of a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version and effective date will be displayed on the Platform. Where required, users may be asked to accept a materially updated policy.
Questions, complaints, privacy requests, or requests relating to your account or personal information may be submitted through the official Spaces Kolar contact mechanism made available on the Platform.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, including applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
